PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE 

Welcome to the Monmouth & Ocean Counties Tax Collectors and Treasurers Association Website (MOTCTA). Our professional organization serves the Municipal Collectors and Finance professionals in the 86 municipalities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties by providing continuing education to our members. Our meetings and seminars offer a wide range of topics to keep our members up to date on the latest information in Collection and Finance, as well as the opportunity to network and share ideas with our colleagues, and peers.

ABOUT THE MOTCTA

Professional development is the cornerstone of our Association. Our goals are to provide continuing education and have our meetings and seminars: 

-     Bring our members the latest information in Collection, Finance, Legislation, Technology and Ethics to encourage the highest standards and keep our membership in the forefront of our professions.

-     To review aspects of our basic statutory responsibilities in detail, to provide for consistency in the daily performance of our duties.

-     To provide opportunities for our members to network with their colleagues and peers to share ideas and solutions.
